I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 2024 with a major in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Computer Systems and Machine Learning. I currently work at Oracle as a Platform Software Engineer 2 in the Spectra Batch team, where we build systems for batch jobs and workflow executions at scale.My work spans backend microservices, workflow infrastructure, CI/CD automation, observability, and platform reliability. I’ve contributed to core service development, extended Temporal’s SQL persistence layer with Oracle database plugin support, built internal CI/CD pipelines for multi-module Go services, and developed AI-assisted remediation workflows for security fixes and build validation. I’m particularly interested in distributed systems, agentic AI, and building resilient infrastructure for large-scale automation.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Owned end-to-end delivery of Seeded Workflow Requests across multiple services, built an AI-assisted remediation pipeline, and delivered Temporal v1.28 uptake. Improved production reliability through on-call support and monitoring.
Added Oracle Database support to Temporal's open-source workflow engine and built its CI/CD pipeline for a multi-module Go codebase. Contributed to core microservices with functional changes and API development.
Enabled SQL script invocation in the Spectra Schema Deploy Tool by integrating Oracle SQL*Plus into an init container workflow. Created and deployed Docker containers with Oracle Instant Client and Java 17.
