What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to design intuitive digital products, improve customer journeys, and grow through hands-on UI/UX, customer success, and AI work.

I've designed end-to-end user experiences for Gurus App, a pre-owned housing marketplace, mapping buyer and seller journeys to reduce onboarding friction and simplify property listing navigation. I created responsive Figma components, scalable design systems, and interactive desktop and mobile prototypes.

I've also improved marketplace communication flows, listing creation, search navigation, checkout interactions, and mobile document-scanning workflows. My work combines UI/UX design, customer problem-solving, UX writing, and AI and machine learning fundamentals to create clearer, more intuitive digital experiences.
