At XM, I own QA activities for complex trading workflows and business logic. I analyze requirements and specifications to identify testing scope, risks, edge cases, and dependencies.
I set up QA processes from scratch, manage testing documentation, and work closely with engineering and product teams. I also lead and mentor QA engineers and support interviewing and onboarding.
At EPAM Systems, I set up and improved QA processes, led and mentored QA engineers, and tested UI and server-side functionality. My work there included REST API and database testing, test documentation, and release, regression, and end-to-end testing.
