Aghogho Deborah Edirin

I’m an entry-level Backend Developer supporting backend development, API design, and database implementation. I’m currently working with a team on a mom-and-baby website, contributing to feature development, testing, and system improvement.

In my freelance projects, I built the backend for an e-commerce website using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. I also developed a blog platform with backend functionality for content creation and management, and created a task management website with features for task tracking and workflow organization.

I focus on reliable delivery: I tested and documented APIs using Postman, and collaborated on project structure, database design, and debugging. I enjoy turning requirements into working backend functionality and clean, maintainable endpoints.

My foundation comes from Electrical Engineering at Niger Delta University (Cumulative GPA: 4.41/5.00), where I received HOD's Award for graduating as the best student in the Department and a Delta State Bursary. I also earned a Backend Development certification from Axia Africa and have contributed as an Assistant Secretary and Treasurer in student engineering leadership roles.
