At Sollers Consulting, I prepared a design process proposal and delivery roadmap for a custom digital claims registration form for a prospective insurance client. Specilizing in the Guidewire Jutro ecosystem, I created documentation and training materials on design tokens and Tokens Studio. I managed design token configurations on internal environments, including a dark mode theme. I also delivered client-facing presentations with practical UI customization examples.
For Sompo Direct Japan, I translated business requirements into accessible, visually consistent solutions within technical constraints. I developed user journey flows and a variable-based design system within the Guidewire Jutro Framework. I managed component styling through design tokens using Tokens Studio and produced high-fidelity designs and detailed maintenance specification.
For Uniqa Poland, I analyzed business objectives and process constraints for digital claim registration, then defined integration requirements and end-to-end data flows.

Earlier, at SAS Institute, I implemented and supported selected technical process components, prepared data-driven insights using SQL, and tested solutions.
