What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can deliver exemplary, compassionate care with strong infection control and NMC compliance, take ownership of patient assessment and medication safety, and grow through teamwork and clear clinical standards.

I am an NMC Registered General Nurse with licenses in Ghana and the United Kingdom, focused on delivering exceptional, safe patient care while working effectively within multidisciplinary teams. I bring professionalism with compassion and empathy, ensuring health and safety for every patient and client.

In my current role as a Registered Nurse (Band 5) at Warwick Hospital, I deliver exemplary care within a 22-bedded medical ward to adults with acute and chronic needs, including medical, oncology, and hematology. I conduct patient assessment, plan and supervise care, evaluate care effectiveness, and ensure timely and accurate medication administration and documentation in line with hospital protocols and NMC guidelines.

Previously, at St. Johns Hospital and Fertility Centre, I cared for patients admitted from A&E and managed flexible staffing across 28-bed capacity wards. I made informed decisions related to care management, supported admissions, provided diet and lifestyle advice to complement medication, and advocated for patients’ health and wellbeing while performing aseptic invasive procedures and wound dressings.

Earlier, as a rotational nurse at Asamankese Government Hospital, I supported both children and adults across 50-bedded medical and surgical wards, managing conditions from acute to chronic. I also triaged patients needing immediate care and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on treatment and discharge planning, and I developed foundational clinical practice during my student nurse placement at Cape-Coast Teaching Hospital.
