I’m a full-stack engineer with ~6 years building and deploying production software in enterprise environments. For the last 3 years, I’ve focused on shipping AI-powered products from prototype to production—partnering with business and operations stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into deployed systems.

At Copart, I’ve led a cross-functional team of 6 engineers, owning discovery, specifications, code reviews, and delivery. I built and shipped a production Voice AI support agent using a RAG pipeline over enterprise knowledge bases and historical transcripts, now handling ~70% of inbound support calls, and I architected an AI agent orchestration platform with reusable workflows, tool calling, and automated evaluation to reduce engineering review cycles.

I also modernized a high-volume driver dispatch platform by migrating 40+ Redux components to TypeScript and React Hooks, and I engineered event-driven Spring Boot and FastAPI microservices on AWS ECS with Redis caching and monitoring—cutting API latency 50% and sustaining sub-100ms responses under peak traffic. Outside work, I’m building an end-to-end multi-agent decision intelligence platform (FastAPI + Next.js) with a pluggable LLM layer and automated evaluation/failover.
