I’m a BBA LL.B (Hons) professional focused on trademark and patent-adjacent IP research, prosecution support, and competitive-landscape analysis across leading IP firms in Delhi and Jaipur. I’m comfortable across the IP lifecycle—from clearance searches and drafting to litigation strategy—and I back my practice with WIPO Academy coursework in IP management, arbitration, and mediation.
I’ve supported active trademark matters by drafting replies to Examination Reports and related filings, and by conducting trademark availability and registrability searches for new marks. I also analyze procedural intersections of CPC 1908, Trade Marks Act 1999, and Commercial Courts Act 2015 to help evaluate litigation strategy, including research around stay of proceedings, summary judgment, and temporary injunctions.
