At Marine Nationale Tunisienne, I served as Chief of the Energy and Propulsion Department aboard an offshore patrol vessel. I supervised and maintained propulsion and power-generation systems, and a structured maintenance plan reduced generator failures by 30%.
Previously, I served as Chief of the Electrical Service and Chief of the Auxiliary Service, working on shipboard electrical systems and hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems. I tracked availability indicators, diagnosed faults, and coordinated technical maintenance.
For my IMPRESA-TEAM master’s final project, I analyzed green fuels for cruise ships, including hydrogen and synthetic fuels. I benchmarked solutions and assessed costs, risks, market opportunities, and the IMO Net-Zero 2050 framework.
At IRENav, I compared energy solutions for ferries serving Île d’Ouessant, modeling power flows in MATLAB/Simulink to assess consumption, emissions, and economic constraints. I’m currently pursuing a Specialized Master’s in New Energy Technologies at Toulouse INP.
