I’m an AI Automation Engineer who ships production systems, not demos—using n8n to build end-to-end workflows that qualify, route, and convert real leads. My work blends voice AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and CRM pipelines with an engineer’s design discipline: I architect, build, and verify every line.

Most recently, I shipped a live, voice-driven AI assistant for a US real-estate brokerage that qualifies leads 24/7 by voice. I built a ~1,400-line zero-framework JavaScript widget paired with a ~42-node n8n agent backend, including live MLS search via an idempotent 12-hour RETS-to-Supabase sync and automatic lead emails.

I also architected a 6-workflow, 123-node n8n suite powering an SSD law firm’s full inbound-lead lifecycle across 8 platforms (CallTools, SimpleTexting dual-API, MyCase, Supabase, Outlook, Gmail). I resolved a production contact-import-limit incident and implemented TCPA-compliant maintenance that reclaimed 924 SMS contacts while preserving 407 protected opt-outs.

Earlier, I ran additional n8n automation for lead intake and routing—replacing manual triple-entry with sub-minute fan-out to multiple channels and building TCPA timezone resolution. Before that, as a Facade Engineer (Contract) at Inspekt AI, I annotated and curated defect datasets and performed AI-assisted facade/structural evaluations that turned inspection data into repair and retrofit recommendations.
