What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic role applying my intelligence, vetting and public procurement expertise where I can lead projects and strengthen organizational security and compliance in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

I am an analytical, energetic, and detail-oriented economist and retired senior military officer with extensive intelligence and vetting experience.

I served as an intelligence officer in the National Defense System (U.M. 02448/U Bucharest) from August 1998 to April 2023, performing classified functions across multiple structures. My responsibilities included OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, vetting for diplomatic missions, NATO/EU institutions and foreign companies, handling classified documents, negotiations, and public procurement expertise.

I hold a PhD in Economics (thesis: Mathematical models in international commercial negotiations), a bachelor's degree in mathematics, and completed studies in management of international commercial relations. I am fluent in Romanian and English, with knowledge of Russian and French, and proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and SEAP.

I bring leadership, critical thinking, adaptability, and a strong record in project management, vetting, and conflict resolution, and I am eager to apply my security and procurement skills in a strategic, mission-driven role.
