Adrianne Ngare

I’m a motivated and adaptable Master’s student in International Relations, focused on turning strong communication, organization, and teamwork into real organizational impact. I’m known for reliability, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, and I enjoy problem-solving in both individual and team settings.

Through my Work-Study Student role in the Dean’s Office, School of Humanities at USIU-A, I produced high-quality content across multiple formats, developed compelling copy for diverse client needs, and authored informative articles. I also conducted in-depth research and crafted academic-style papers with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, while consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.

As part of the Millennium Fellowship–United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), I developed and implemented a campus-wide climate change awareness campaign. I organized workshops and seminars with guest speakers, led a school-based tree-planting sustainability project aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and received a certificate of completion—experiences that strengthened my leadership, coordination, and community engagement.
