What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time, freelance/project-based role, preferably 100% remote; I'm open to hybrid roles in the DMV/DC metro area. I'm interested in Quality Assurance, FinTech/banking, healthcare IT, enterprise software, SaaS, AI/ML data platforms, or operations.

At Smart Tech IT Solutions Inc., I delivered remote QA solutions for Fortune 500 clients in banking, healthcare, and enterprise asset management. I designed and ran manual, regression, and API tests, and validated backend data with SQL.

I wrote and maintained automated tests using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber/BDD, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Maven. I also managed defects in JIRA and investigated failures across application logs and REST/JSON responses.

At Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd., I independently led end-to-end testing across banking systems including Flexcube, Card Suite, and IVR. I also launched a Priority/VIP Banking program that acquired 1,931 high-net-worth clients within its first year.

My banking work also covered AML, BSA, and KYC compliance, digital banking operations, and staff training. I'm seeking a full-time role, preferably 100% remote.
