Adrian Garcia

As a Lead Analytics Engineer at Deacero, I oversee the complete analytics infrastructure, focusing on planning, design, development, and management of GCP architecture. My leadership has expanded the analytics engineering team from 8 to 13 members, promoting 3 engineers to technical leadership roles across various business domains. I manage over 20 dbt projects, ensuring adherence to development standards and CI/CD pipelines while implementing enterprise-wide data governance solutions.

In addition to my role at Deacero, I founded Dataexpress, where I led a team to create a low-code ELT platform aimed at democratizing analytics. We successfully built a production-ready, serverless architecture across AWS and GCP, achieving product-market fit and acquiring initial clients. My experience also includes developing a traffic quality review tool at Zeeto, which significantly reduced engineering efforts.

I am currently pursuing IBM's AI Engineering specialization to enhance my skills in designing enterprise LLM fine-tuning and training solutions. My passion for leveraging AI in analytics drives my commitment to innovation and excellence in data infrastructure.
