I'm currently supporting PAP and oxygen patients at AdaptHealth, where I evaluate referrals, lead PAP consults, interpret sleep studies and compliance data, and coordinate recommendations with physicians and referral sources.
Previously, at the VA Health Care Clinic at Harlingen, I managed home oxygen and CPAP programs, taught patients how to set up and clean CPAP/BIPAP equipment, monitored 30-, 90-day, and annual compliance, and performed pulmonary function testing.
My respiratory care background includes critical-care work at Solara Hospital Harlingen and San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, including rapid-response emergencies, ventilatory support, ABG analysis, intubation assistance, bronchoscopy support, and patient education.
I'm a bilingual Spanish-fluent Registered Respiratory Therapist with more than sixteen years of critical-care experience and a strong passion for CPAP education. I'm working toward Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and asthma educator certifications.
