At MedPro Group, I lead the company’s first enterprise Generative AI program across claims workstreams. I took its AI foundation from concept to production in six months: a claims knowledge base with document ingestion and RAG search, deployed ahead of the year-end target.
I designed the foundation as a reusable platform that now supports Attorney Analytics and a Claims AI Assistant, and I direct the Loss Data Extract workstream. I also delivered SDLC 2.0 as the enterprise delivery standard and introduced portfolio health metrics.
I founded MedPro’s PMO intern program, which shipped three enterprise projects in its pilot, and helped shape the company’s AI strategy through an enterprise readiness assessment and standardized intake. Earlier at MedPro, I worked as an IT Project Manager Intern and Licensing Intern, redesigning licensing data management for a 15% efficiency gain.
