As a Program Associate / Research Field Officer with Academic & Local NGO Initiatives, I assist in organizing community dialogues on conflict resolution and civic participation, gathering over 150 local participants. I also co-author policy summaries on human security and peacebuilding for regional civil society partners.
I coordinate day-to-day communication with local youth groups and field partners, and help monitor local conflict indicators for monthly safety and humanitarian briefing notes.
Through Student Model UN & Regional Youth Forums, I represented student delegates in discussions on peace, governance, and regional security. I moderated panels featuring diplomatic missions, local authorities, and non-profit organizations, and drafted resolution proposals on youth inclusion in decision-making.
In Community Outreach & Flood Relief Initiatives, I organize resource collection and distribution for families affected by seasonal flooding and displacement. I also conduct weekly youth workshops on civic rights, peacebuilding, and community resilience.
