At Workpulse Solutions, I reduced Workpulse Book's app size from 58 MB to 14 MB through R8/ProGuard rules, dependency cleanup, and production build optimization. I applied the same size reduction and R8 optimization across People, Quiz, and RMS.
I led Kotlin Multiplatform adoption in People, Quiz, and RMS, sharing business logic across supported platforms while keeping WebView and media functionality platform-specific. I also modernized production apps by migrating legacy MVC implementations to MVVM and MVI.
Across Workpulse apps, I implemented cross-application authentication with Android ContentProvider and built location and geofence-based controls. I standardized shared Gradle configuration and optimized startup paths; I also created Claude and Gemini development agents, with all production code reviewed and owned by developers.
