At T-Systems India Pvt. Ltd, I work as an Associate Consultant, supporting network operations and storage infrastructure. As a Network Associate, I configured and troubleshot Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches and managed incident escalations and change documentation in ServiceNow.
In my current Storage Associate role, I monitor NetApp cluster health, audit backup logs, and perform ONTAP and firmware upgrades. I also maintain QNAP storage filers and coordinate hardware replacements and vendor support.
