Aditya Mhalunge

I’m a cybersecurity enthusiast pursuing B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, focused on turning hands-on practice into real security outcomes. I’ve built experience across SOC monitoring, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing fundamentals, networking, and Python automation.

In my Cybersecurity Internship (07/2025–08/2025), I monitored security events using Splunk SIEM and conducted vulnerability assessments with Nmap, Nikto, and SQLMap. I’m comfortable working with incident response workflows and using threat detection practices aligned with OWASP Top10 and MITRE ATT&CK.

I also strengthen my skills through practical projects: a password strength checker using entropy and pattern recognition, network traffic monitoring with Wireshark (including SYN flood, ARP poisoning, and DNS exfiltration attempts), and a SIEM dashboard with Splunk ingesting Windows event logs and syslog data. I’m “TryhackmeTop15%” and actively self-learning through labs, CTFs, and hands-on security challenges.
