I’m a biologist/biotechnologist who supports applied research through hands-on lab work and computational bioinformatics. I’ve worked as a Plant Tissue Culture Staff and a Research Assistant at Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional.

My bioinformatics focus is differential gene expression and expression analysis, including quality-aware workflows for sequencing data. I’ve handled tasks such as DNA sequence quality checks using tools like Galaxy and Linux-based utilities, and performed trimming where needed to address coverage drop near sequence ends.

I also build gene-targeted assays, including primer design for MmACT1-4 genes in Melastoma malabathtricum. Using Python and RStudio modules (pyplot, pandas, statistics, scipy), I analyze treated versus control conditions and account for housekeeping normalization (e.g., subtracting GADPH) to improve expression measurement reliability.
