What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a climate-focused role where I can use research, GIS tools, and policy writing to help shape practical solutions—especially around nature-based solutions and climate governance—while collaborating with teams that value evidence and impact.

I’m an early-career climate research intern working across nature-based solutions, AI-and-climate research, and urban climate impacts, with a strong foundation in climate science and policy. At Equilibrium Earth, I conducted systematic literature reviews, built a comparative assessment matrix of 12 NBS pilot projects, and synthesized spatial and socio-economic data to support policy brief development on mainstreaming NBS in India’s NDC framework.

I also produced a 20-page internal research note on financing mechanisms for NBS, and authored a 25-page research paper proposing a policy framework for regulating AI energy use within India’s climate governance architecture. Alongside this, I developed a research document on the Urban Heat Island effect and mitigation strategies, and I bring practical GIS and analytics capability (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine, R Studio, SPSS, and Excel) to translate research into clear policy communication.

Conducted a systematic literature review of nature-based solutions (urban green infrastructure, wetland restoration, and agroforestry) for climate mitigation and adaptation in South Asian contexts. Built a comparative assessment matrix for 12 NBS pilot projects and supported policy brief development using spatial and socio-economic data from MoEFCC and IUCN.
