At CERTIFY OS, I manage multi-state licensing for healthcare providers across 50 U.S. states. I process applications for nurses and other licensed clinicians, review supporting documents, and work with providers and state licensing boards to resolve discrepancies.
I develop SOPs, process documentation, and workflow guides to standardize licensing operations. I also train and mentor new team members on licensing workflows, documentation standards, and quality assurance.
Previously, at SAT N PAPER, I managed operations for more than 100 students and led a 10-member team. I developed weekly KPI dashboards and implemented quality assurance processes to improve content accuracy and standardize workflows.
