What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dialysis/renal nursing role where I can deliver safe AV access care with ultrasound guidance, strong infection control, and excellent documentation. I want a supportive team that values data privacy, clinical protocols, and continuous growth.

I’m a dialysis nurse supervisor with 57 months of total clinical experience and 29 months in dialysis settings. I bring hands-on renal care expertise, strong infection control, and a patient-first approach grounded in confidentiality and clinical competence.

My core strength is dialysis access care, including AV fistula and AV graft cannulation with ultrasound guidance and excellent jugular catheter management. I also handle comprehensive dialysis workflows: pre- and post-op monitoring, pain assessment and management, medication administration, and blood transfusion support.

I’ve supervised nephrology care in high-demand environments, including ABUAD Multi-System Hospital, where I supported doctor’s rounds, ensured Code Blue preparedness, led patient education, and maintained accurate documentation using a Hospital Information System. I’m meticulous about data privacy and coordinated communication within multidisciplinary teams.

In parallel, I’ve broadened my clinical scope through occupational health and accident/emergency nursing—supporting triage, admission/discharge processes, IV therapy, fall prevention, wound care, and prevention of endemic diseases.
