What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, fast-paced Web3 or crypto team where I can lead community growth, moderate across Discord/Telegram, apply front-end skills to community tools, and continue learning with clear paths for professional growth.

I am a dedicated and proactive community manager and moderator with three years of experience nurturing online communities in the Web3 and crypto space. I specialize in fostering engagement, resolving conflicts, and building retention strategies across Discord, Telegram and Twitter.

At VenomBars, GOATPROJECT and $LEGEND I developed and implemented community growth strategies, created and scheduled social content, and moderated conversations to maintain a positive, inclusive environment. I consistently provided timely, professional support and collaborated with project teams to act on member feedback.

I also bring two years of front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React, and I'm comfortable with moderation and collaboration tools such as Zendesk, Hootsuite and Slack. I track analytics to optimize outreach and improve moderation policies.
