I am a results-oriented data scientist currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health Information Management. With a strong background in Biostatistics, I have honed my skills in data analysis, reporting, and project management. My proficiency in machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis using Python, SQL, and Tableau allows me to leverage data effectively to solve real-world problems and enhance decision-making across various industries.
In my current role as a Health Information Manager at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, I have successfully identified discrepancies in staff authorization through in-depth analysis of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. My collaboration with HR and IT has led to significant improvements in administrative accuracy. Additionally, as a Co-Founder and Data and Research Lead at Seedoct, I developed a telemedicine application that bridges the gap between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring data-driven decision-making and compliance with healthcare regulations.
