What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive, detail-oriented telesales and administrative support professional with experience in office practice, customer service, and customer-focused sales. In my current role as a Telesales Representative, I make outbound calls to introduce and promote products and services, develop and sustain positive client relationships, and convert qualified leads through persuasion and negotiation.
I’m also experienced in accurate documentation and sales follow-through. I record customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM, carry out basic market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends, and work closely with my team to share feedback, insights, and sales strategies.
Previously, I served as an Administrative Assistant, where I managed business operations, provided customer support, handled business software management, configured and set up gadgets for customers, and coordinated publicity and awareness campaigns to improve brand visibility. Alongside my Bachelor of Education training, I’ve strengthened my office and administrative skills through tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping, with added grounding in entrepreneurship, operations, budgeting, and customer service principles.
