ADEOLU ADIGUN

I am an experienced and well qualified Health care Professional with a thorough working knowledge of residential care legislation, including good practice, health and safety standards. I bring a caring, approachable approach and have supported the care of young people, adults, and the elderly, including those with special needs and/or chronic health conditions.

In my Health and social care worker role, I am responsible for all aspects of care, including administering medication, record keeping, personal care, and liaising with parents and families. I focus on reliable, punctual support while maintaining strong communication and listening to meet the needs of the people I care for.

Previously, as a Coordinator at the Newland Health and Trust Foundation, I cared for all aspects of elderly residents’ health and well-being and coordinated all the activities of the organization. This experience strengthened my ability to manage care priorities, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure residents received consistent support.

Alongside my healthcare background, I work as a Research Assistant at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, supporting infection control research comparing infection rates from reusable versus disposable gowns and drapes during surgical procedures. I also completed remote internships in International Development and statistical consulting, and I align my work with project management and humanitarian leadership training.
