ADENIYI SOLOMON

I am an Urban and Regional Planning graduate from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, committed to sustainable urban growth and practical land-use solutions. I combine academic training in GIS, AutoCAD, and land use analysis with hands-on experience from an internship at the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority.

During my internship I assisted in preparing land use analyses and development plans using AutoCAD and LUPAR, supported permit processing under Lagos State Physical Planning Regulations, conducted site visits, and collaborated with senior officers to review proposals for conformity. I contributed to accurate preparation of land use analysis maps for multiple planning zones in the Egbe-Idimu district.

I seek to apply my skills in spatial planning, data-driven analysis, and policy review to help create efficient, resilient urban environments while continuing to grow professionally in planning practice.
