What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply urban planning, development control, site inspection, and data analysis to support compliant, well-informed development decisions.

I've supported urban development compliance at Oyo State Housing Corporation, monitoring construction sites against approved building plans and regulatory standards.

I manage building files and architectural submissions, advise builders and developers on statutory requirements, and communicate plan adjustments clearly to clients. I also conduct site inspections and issue statutory notices for unauthorized structures.

My work combines urban and regional planning with data collection, cleaning, visualization, Excel, Power BI, and SQL. I'm motivated by practical, high-quality solutions that strengthen planning operations and development outcomes.
