Adeleye Ayomide

I’m a recent Finance and Accounting graduate with a strong interest in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. I bring an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and real eagerness to learn while contributing to a forward-thinking organization.

In my role as an Accountant at Rising Grace Montessori School (2023–2024), I maintained accurate financial records, supported budgeting and forecasting, and oversaw payroll processing to ensure timely staff payments. I collaborated with administrators to provide financial insights that helped drive decision-making, and I liaised with auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Earlier, I completed a one-year internship at Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) (2019–2021), supporting the bank’s financial operations. I assisted with the preparation and analysis of financial statements (balance sheets and income statements), reconciled accounts, verified transactions, and supported audits and budgeting/forecasting processes.

I’ve strengthened my technical toolkit with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Tally ERP, and data-focused habits around accuracy and documentation. I’m now looking for an entry-level opportunity where I can apply my reporting, variance analysis, and internal controls experience while building a solid long-term career in finance.
