What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead logistics and warehouse operations with real ownership of the full cycle, strong process optimisation, and strict H&S compliance. I want a role where people management, vendor coordination, and measurable operational improvements are valued.

I’m a Logistics Manager with over 10 years of experience leading high-complexity warehouse facilities, including end-to-end supervision of inbound, outbound, container stuffing, and domestic & international transport. I focus on process optimisation and full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations while keeping operational performance and people leadership aligned.

I directly manage a 12,000 sqm logistics facility and coordinate teams of up to 30 staff between permanent employees and seasonal peak resources. I optimise operational flows to reduce order-fulfilment lead times, oversee vendor and contract relationships (including maintenance contracts), and supervise the forklift fleet to keep daily execution steady.

I’ve also served as a Health & Safety Officer (Preposto, Legislative Decree 81/08), handling regulatory compliance, recruitment and attendance management, and reporting to senior management. Building on that responsibility, I’ve delivered operational security and coordination work earlier in my career, and I continue strengthening my capability with a Health & Safety Officer course (Leg. Decree 81/08) and forklift operator certifications.
