I’m looking for a role where I can own the full data pipeline lifecycle—designing scalable architectures, improving reliability and cost, and building self-service tooling—while collaborating closely with engineering and stakeholders to deliver measurable performance gains.

I’m a Senior Data Engineer with 5 years of experience designing and owning scalable data pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments. I build reliable ETL/ELT foundations that connect engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners end-to-end.

At Rakuten TV, I built and own 130+ Apache Airflow DAGs processing 1TB+ of data daily across 40 markets. Through end-to-end query optimisation and pipeline architecture redesign, I halved daily pipeline runtime from 6 to 3 hours as data volume grew 7–8x.

I also led major migrations and platform improvements, including moving ETL infrastructure from Matillion to Apache Airflow—cutting compute time by 60% and database processing time by 45%. I deliver self-service and reliability with Streamlit and Snowpark interfaces, data quality monitoring with anomaly detection, and automated CI/CD using GitHub Actions to deploy DAG changes to AWS S3 for MWAA.
