I’m eager to support requisition processing, supplier onboarding, and vendor query resolution in a fast-paced environment, using clear SOPs and reliable documentation.

In my current customer service role at Koaa logistics, I handle calls, emails, chat, and social messages while resolving complaints, processing returns/refunds, and managing day-to-day communication with suppliers. I also support buyers with RFQs, comparing quotes, preparing simple price tables, and handling invoice disputes and delivery delays—strengthening my attention to detail for PO tracking and invoice matching.
