What I'm looking for

I seek an early-career role in construction or structural engineering where I can apply hands-on site experience, ensure quality and safety, collaborate with teams, and grow technical and project-management skills.

I am a civil engineering graduate with hands-on experience in construction and structural engineering through internships and volunteer projects. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong communication skills.

As a structural engineering intern during my NYSC (Dec 2023–Oct 2024), I coordinated excavation tasks involving heavy machinery, streamlined block placement processes, and conducted rigorous concrete-mix quality checks that achieved a 100% compliance rate with industry standards.

Earlier, I consolidated daily reports and coordinated site operations at the Nigerian Airforce Housing and Construction Company, driving improvements in safety adherence, worksite cleanliness, and productivity. I also volunteered on a sidewalk expansion project, building gravel foundations for interlock installation and improving pedestrian accessibility.

I have led peer mentorship and public-relations initiatives, and I use Microsoft Office, Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support reporting and analysis. I hold a data analytics certificate in view and am eager to contribute to construction teams that prioritize quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
