I’m a BBA Business Analytics graduate with internship experience as a Marketing & Data Analyst Intern at Lulu International Shopping Mall. I turn customer and operational data into actionable insights through stakeholder-focused reporting, dashboard creation, and structured analysis.

In my internship, I analyzed customer loyalty program data to generate actionable business insights for targeted promotional decision-making. I also collaborated across marketing, operations, and front desk teams to plan and execute large-scale campaigns, while preparing summary reports on loyalty trends to support business decisions.

In my personal projects, I performed EDA and data cleaning on 7000+ records for Telecom churn analysis, using SQL to segment customers and a Tableau dashboard to track churn rate, tenure drop-offs, payment friction, and high-value customer loss. I also built retail sales and customer insights dashboards (Excel, SQL, Power BI) from 10,000+ transactions, identifying festive-season performance and recommending inventory adjustments for underperforming regions.
