I've supported immigrant, refugee, and asylee career pathways at the International Rescue Committee in Elizabeth, New Jersey. I created and delivered a U.S. workplace cultural-norms workshop for Hispanic immigrants, reached more than 200 clients, and helped organize the IRC's first job fair.
My research examines intellectual property, AI artist-protection legislation, and international IPR protections. I'm designing a 50-state SPSS regression study on music-industry lobbying and AI artist-protection laws, and I found GDP per capita was the only statistically significant predictor in a cross-national IPR analysis.
I've also analyzed the legislative process behind H.R.3632 using hearings, committee reports, and government documents. Through the New Jersey Courts' Inside the Judiciary externship, I crafted legal arguments, developed witness questions, and studied civil-court procedures.
At Truman State University, I support research on new religious movements, organize academic conferences, and lead student organizations including Phi Alpha Delta and the PHRE Club. I bring fluent English and Korean, intermediate Spanish, and practical experience with SPSS, Excel, Box, and Google tools.
