At Omnismart, I work on automation projects for customers using n8n and AI technologies, including invoice verification, repeat-task automation, and onboarding workflows for Azure Virtual Desktops.

At Mitsubishi Bank UK, I owned the Citrix ecosystem supporting 6,000 global users and executed a migration to Citrix Cloud and Azure. At Atos Global IT Services, I led architecture for a deployment serving 7,500 users and delivered a platform for a major London hospital network.

Across my consulting work, I’ve designed Azure Virtual Desktop environments, modernised Citrix platforms, and supported migrations to Citrix Cloud. I also offer services in AIOps and workflow automation, including third-party API integrations.
