What I'm looking for

I’m available now for senior contracts, remote UK/EU, outside IR35, to lead CDM, RWE and Biometrics work—strengthening data quality and regulatory-grade delivery where technology enablement makes trial execution faster and more compliant.

I specialise in Clinical Data Management, Real-World Evidence and Biometrics leadership—across CROs, global pharma and government agencies. My work sits where data quality, regulatory compliance and technology meet, and I’ve spent three decades making sure that intersection runs smoothly.

I bring proven leadership from roles including Director of Technology Enablement at Jazz Pharma and Medical Evaluation Data Management Lead Consultant at AstraZeneca (Vaccines & Immune Therapies, RWE & observational studies). I also served as Head of Biometrics at MAC Clinical Research (built the department), and supported a MHRA pharmacovigilance transformation project—bringing strong governance, vendor/CRO oversight, and delivery focus to regulated environments.

Now, I’m available now for senior contracts—remote UK/EU, outside IR35—focused on CDM, RWE and Biometrics leadership. As Director at Adam Walker Limited, Biometrics Consultancy, I aim to “bring medicines to patients sooner, through smart technological innovations,” and I stay connected to the industry through my Pharma Prescribed podcast.
