At TelyRx, I built the operating platform for the January 2024 telehealth launch, including patient and provider portals, prescriber workflow, pharmacy routing, and clinical protocols. I helped scale dispensing past one million prescriptions across 49 states and territories.

I owned the operating P&L and led fulfillment, clinical quality, procurement, and labor. Revenue grew from $9.5M in 2024 to $42.9M in 2025, while labor cost per prescription fell 51% and gross margin rose from 36.8% to 54.3%.

At PharmaLabs LLC, I ran a 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy, led inspections, and owned USP 795, 797, and 800 compliance. Earlier, I managed high-volume community pharmacies, and I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
