Achintya Ranjan

I am Achintya Ranjan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad. During my time at ISM, I completed a 4-week Industrial Training in Machining Operation at ISK Auto Industries, where I gained valuable industrial exposure and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

With a CGPA of 7.95, I have a strong foundation in C++, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Python. I have also developed a Sorting Visualizer on GitHub, which is a powerful tool for learning and practicing sorting algorithms. Additionally, I have experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and NodeJS.

Throughout my academic journey, I have actively participated in various projects and competitions. Notably, I have completed a project on a Weather App, which utilizes React.js and the OpenWeatherMap API to provide real-time weather data. I have also worked on a Diabetes Prediction Project using Machine Learning, where I used the Support Vector Machine algorithm to predict the likelihood of a person having diabetes.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. I have demonstrated leadership and communication skills through my involvement in positions of responsibility, such as being a determined member of FFI-Jagriti, a club that teaches underprivileged children and works for their betterment. I have also organized a blood donation camp under the college organization FFI (Fast Forward India).
