A charan Teja

I’m a highly motivated B. Tech Information Science and Engineering student (2nd year) at Presidency University, focused on building real-world intelligent systems through AI/ML and software development. I bring hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision, with a strong drive to turn complex concepts into practical outcomes.

I’ve built AI prototypes that support smarter decisions in real environments—especially an award-winning agricultural AI prototype. In my fArmIng project, I’m developing an AI-enabled smart farming assistant for crop disease detection and solutions, market insights, weather forecasts, government scheme recommendations, and multilingual voice guidance.

I also developed a real-time object detection system using Python and OpenCV, leveraging pre-trained deep learning models with bounding-box visualization and confidence scoring. At the Chip to Crop Hackathon, I led a cross-functional team of 5 to design and build an intelligent agricultural grading and segregation prototype using Raspberry Pi 4 and Computer Vision, earning a Best Innovation Award.

Beyond projects, I completed GenAI & Data Analytics, Solutions Architecture (Forage/AWS), and Robotics & Controls simulations. I’m now seeking opportunities where I can contribute as a Software Developer while continuing to grow in AI/ML engineering, data analytics, and production-ready systems.
