At BRAC IT, I lead development of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, security, and Oracle/SQL Server internal systems, including BBL Reporting System, HRWeb, ObicholWeb, CorporateApp, dashboards, and performance-management tools.

I've led teams while contributing to requirements, architecture, coding, and code reviews. My reporting and management applications help stakeholders view data easily and make quicker decisions.

Previously, I built backend services, Android applications, ERP, inventory, prepaid metering, leave management, travel requisition, and database backup systems across General Pharmaceuticals, NazdaqTechnologies, Automation Services, and IBCS-PRIMAX Software.
