What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on engineering for product-focused fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms, owning architecture through production delivery while collaborating remotely, mentoring engineers, and building reliable AI-enabled workflows.

I've led product and engineering delivery at Mehtic Technology, building fintech and banking platforms from architecture and data modeling through deployment and production support.

I architected BankPlus, a cloud-native AI-enabled core banking platform serving 20+ financial institutions and 50,000+ users. I also led engineering for MehticPay, supporting 12,000+ users and 100+ businesses.

I build Laravel services, REST APIs, relational data models, payment integrations, queues, caching, and production infrastructure using PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS.

Across more than 10 years in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise systems, I've improved performance through database design, indexing, query profiling, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure tuning. I use AI-assisted workflows daily while retaining final technical accountability, and I enjoy mentoring engineers and collaborating on product strategy.
