What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build reliable backend and distributed systems, particularly for payments, fintech, regulatory, and high-concurrency products. I value hands-on architecture work, strong engineering standards, mentoring, and teams that ship observable, dependable services.

I'm leading backend engineering at ThynkTech, where I architect regulatory reporting, risk indicator, and supervisory microservices for financial-sector clients. I own service architecture, API standards, code quality, and backend delivery across concurrent client programmes.

At BellBank MFB, I lead engineers building payment and ledger services used by businesses across Africa. I've improved transaction processing through asynchronous workers, bounded queues, Redis caching, reconciliation workflows, and idempotency controls.

I've also delivered investment and savings fintech services at MarginPlus Group, including contribution, payout, portfolio accounting, interest accrual, and scheduled disbursement workflows. Across Syrol Technologies, Mahshell Soft, and Wego Health, I've built web, backend, and cross-platform mobile products for varied client needs.
