I’m an energetic, versatile RCM and medical billing specialist with 06 years of experience, and a genuine interest in implementing and maintaining best practice. I focus on insurance verification and claims processing, with a strong track record across denials, payment posting, and AR.

As a K RCM Specialist (Team Lead) at Provider care Billing LLC (Aug 2023- Continue), I keep billing records organized and ensure accurate, timely processing of claims. I follow up on pending and denied claims, while maintaining billing accuracy and compliance through consistent workflow and coordination.

I also coordinate with executive and facility providers to support continuous improvement. I provide training and mentorship to team members, including Toolbox talk, and I make sure the team stays aligned on follow-ups and reporting expectations.

Previously, at Reflection Bell Med ex (USA base) (2021-2022), I handled confidential documents and resolved billing queries in a timely manner while using systems such as Web soft, Nextgen, ECW, Chiro Touch, Office Alley, Therapy Notes, and ICA Notes. Earlier, at E Bridge MTBC Care cloud (USA, CA) (2018-2021), I supported timely electronic claim submissions and managed follow-ups on denials, rejections, payments, and payrolls.
