What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, reliable fintech and cloud-native platforms, lead backend teams, and make architectural decisions that improve performance, security, delivery speed, and cloud efficiency.

At Softgem Global Technologies, I lead backend engineering for fintech and enterprise platforms, including core banking, loan management, financial transactions, e-commerce, HR, and workflow automation. I built a domain-based banking-as-a-service application and a visual Backend-as-a-Service platform with automated database provisioning and Swagger/OpenAPI generation.

I’ve delivered high-throughput Kotlin and Spring Boot microservices, commercial e-commerce integrations, and AWS infrastructure improvements that reduced monthly cloud spend by 35%. I also introduced reusable service templates and CI/CD pipelines that improved delivery speed by 40%, while mentoring four backend engineers.

Previously, I automated API key provisioning at NIBSS, cutting turnaround from days to under five minutes, and built event-driven Go and Node.js services at Borderless Delivery that tripled message-processing throughput. I also teach Java backend and cloud engineering, helping aspiring engineers build production-oriented skills in system design, AWS, APIs, microservices, deployment, and security.
