I’m an extremely driven medical billing specialist with an extensive background in insurance claim processing, accounts receivable management, and full-cycle billing. I focus on patient AR, reviewing and submitting claims, and handling denials while strictly adhering to payer and regulatory requirements.

Over six years of experience, I’ve worked across multiple specialties and settings, strengthening revenue cycle operations end to end. I’m used to working closely with payers, employees, and providers to ensure accurate documentation and prompt reimbursements.

From 2023 to 2026 at MACMD LLC, I served both as a trainer and as an operation manager—supporting client meetings, responding to client emails, and managing demographics, billing, payment posting, denials, A/R, and reports. I also handled patient calls and ensured billing processes stayed consistent, organized, and patient-centered.

Before that, I led billing and A/R responsibilities at Reliant Billing Services (2022–2023) as Head of Section, and worked as an AR specialist at Bellmedex LLC (2021–2022). Earlier, I performed medical billing and QA, denials, and A/R work at AceSolutions LLC (2020–2021), using tools like Simple Practice, Epic, E-ClinicalWorks, Inovalon, Tebra, Office Ally, Mass Health, Charm HER, Thera Nest, and KIPU EMR to deliver reliable billing outcomes.
