I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end creative—AI-assisted design, video, and web—with real ownership. I want to build repeatable systems, collaborate with a strong team, and keep quality high while shipping faster.

I’m the Founder of Bluearch and a Lead Designer at Axelman Group, where I ship creative end to end—design, video, branding, and AI-assisted web. I bring 5+ years of experience across healthcare, beauty, hospitality, education, real estate, and premium retail, pairing AI-assisted workflows with hands-on craft.

I lead teams and client delivery while still building: I design brand systems, create landing pages and websites, cut promo/UGC-style videos, and deliver paid creatives and strategies. At Axelman Group, I’ve led creative delivery for 15+ verticals as a project manager and hands-on designer/editor, mentoring a small team and standardizing workflows for recurring deliverables.

My operator mindset is simple: AI-native execution, systems over one-offs, and founder-level ownership—from a vague brief to a shipped asset. I also run a personal content brand focused on lifestyle, reflection, and AI tutorials, reaching 1M+ views on TikTok and nearly 100K views on YouTube, which keeps my work fast, practical, and audience-driven.
