I'm looking to lead product, web, and visual design work that supports business goals, improves conversions, and connects design, marketing, and engineering.

At UpMerch, I lead end-to-end product and web design for the sales platform, customer portal, and public-facing website, unifying product, marketing, and brand visual language. I collaborate with leadership, marketing, and engineering to support campaigns, improve conversions, and deliver production-ready handoffs through AI and design systems.

Previously, I delivered 158 projects for 70+ clients as Creative Director at Climbings and helped shift the business to a design-first agency. I also co-founded Airly Studio, leading web design, interface design, branding, creative direction, research, client communication, and design-team management.
